PRODUCTION | SHIPPING TIME:
✨We design our Shoe in the Viet Nam and we work with responsible and high-quality printing partners in China to print out our designs on the Combat Shoe as we do not have the technical means to carry out the print from here. As such, expect the shoe to be delivered from China.
📦 Please allow 5 -10 business days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility.
📦 Estimated Standard Shipping time is 2-3 weeks and it is FREE. However, you have the option to upgrade your shipping. This will be at a cost when you select the expedited shipping at checkout.
📦 If you chose to upgrade to Express Shipping during checkout, the estimated shipping time is 6-10 days. (PO Box address cannot be used for Express Shipping)
📦 Delivery to remote areas during peak season might take longer time. Please be patient as your order is unique, made just for you.

When will my items be shipped?

In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs adjustment, it may take a few days for our designer to create a complete art file. Design time will depend on adjustment (more or less, easy or difficult) can be from 1-3 days or more.

Most packages arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date, possible reasons for late delivery include the following:

I never received my package, what should I do?

Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office due or there was a missed delivery attempt.

For U.S. orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 20 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent. If it has been less than 20 days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.

For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days and tracking data is showing we will replace or refund these orders.

How much is shipping?
